Rev. Barbara Koenig was today also removed from the Board of Trustees of Chapel of Awareness Church Corporation, despite the terms of a court ordered Mediation Agreement that her term of office until 2011 be honored as part of the Mediation agreement.
After the removal of both her and Rev. Ann Marie Lorenzini today, a Board member expressed genuine sadness regarding the events. Another Board member made additional accusations, accusing Rev. Ann of having impaired mental function during the last year of her administration. This Board member further accused Rev. Barb of manipulating Rev. Ann, alluding to that as grounds for removal. Perhaps instead, this Board member feared that if only Rev. Ann was removed, Rev. Barb as 1st Vice Chairman, would become Chairman of the Board.
It is sad that there are members on the current Board who truly lack the Awareness that the Chapel teaches, and that they are now in control of the Chapel.
